Deceptions Surrounding Abramoff Prosecution Contributed Significantly to Federal Election Irregularities

In 2006, I secured the exclusive to write a book on the Abramoff investigation, with Republican superlobbyist Abramoffʼs cooperation. We met at Eliʼs deli in Washington, DC, with Abramoff’s attorney, Pam Marple in tow.

Securing a book deal proved problematic as Abramoff had been rendered so toxic by virtue of the negative press surrounding his prosecution such that no publisher wanted to be associated with him. 

Shortly after I uncovered that Abramoff had been set up by lobbyists, political consultants, and advisors surrounding Donald Trump, Sen. John McCain, and Hillary Clinton along with interests affiliated with MGM and Microsoft on trumped up charges, publishers took notice. 

The prosecution of Abramoff was entirely partisan — and the allegations against him were easily refuted with paperwork. Why not just bring the evidence forth, and allow justice to run its course?

As Abramoff explained, he had retained Abbe Lowell as counsel for the express reason that the FBI took direction from Hillary Clinton and Lowell had significant influence with her and could therefore negotiate the best possible deal for him.

Rather than challenge falsehoods based upon evidence and statutes, his strategy was to proceed with political gamesmanship.

Abramoff was deliriously happy to receive my exculpatory evidence, which I shared with him from 2007 to 2010, by which point it became clear that he had misused it. I expected Abramoff and Lowell to use the evidence to negotiate a fair deal with prosecutors – and potentially prosecute the parties behind the alleged fraud, but this did not happen.

In 2007/2008, the Vice President of Basic Books, a major publisher, expressed interest in acquiring and publishing my book on Abramoff before the 2008 presidential election when McCain was the presumptive Republican presidential nominee. Given that McCain had led the investigation into Abramoffʼs lobbying activities within the Senate Indian Affairs Committee, based upon demonstrable lies coordinated by his fundraisers, the book was expected to become a potential best seller. My evidence, the editor said, was compelling, thorough, and demonstrable.

As I moved forward with publication, Abramoff and his allies sabotaged my book deals and then passed my work along to reporters at the New York Times and Huffington Post – including a reporter working with Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz – who spun the narrative and covered up the crimes I had uncovered. Their only acknowledgment of the truth was that McCain’s investigation had been partisan and driven by his fundraisers.

Abramoff worked through proxy to steal my intellectual property, and the vice president of Basic who was in the process of acquiring my book was catapulted out of his position  in the middle of negotiations for unexplained reasons.

The silver lining, if there is one, is that the insights and evidenced I acquired reveal how a network of (alleged) criminals insinuated themselves into power – evidence that, if acted upon, and properly prosecuted through the courts, could restore our Republic to a country of, by, and for the people under a government bound by the Constitution and governed by law.  

A small, close knit group of attorneys and prosecutors managed all sides of these cases from Lewinsky onward to protect the truly guilty while helping a criminal, kleptocratic class of pseudo-elites shore up its power, establish monopolies, eliminate competition, and scapegoat innocent parties.

Despite Trump’s taunts, Hillary Clinton will not be locked up – and while Trump and a few incidentals may be scapegoated over their actions surrounding the 2020 election, a kleptocratic elite remain in the shadows where they continue to loot our treasury, violate human rights, run roughshod over the U.S. Constitution, and weaponize the federal government against rivals.

The identities of these people are known, and there is a long paper trail that documents what they have done.  Alexis de Tocqueville once observed, America was great because its people were good (virtuous). Only a virtuous people can self-govern and remain a free people. Leadership is determined fro the top down; a corrupt elite reinforce a corrupt system in the off chance they might partake in the spoils.

Given my (then) naivete, it took me a while to discern the truth of Abramoffʼs character. He was not just an over-zealous lobbyist who had stepped on powerful tows and inspired others to weaponize the government against him, but a ruthless hired gun who served the interests of powerful criminal elites that reached as far as the Vatican, Russian oligarchs, and Jacob Rothschild, the patriarch of the powerful Rothschild banking dynasty.

Much to my surprise (and confusion), Abramoff did not use my exculpatory evidence  to set the record straight or challenge wrongful prosecutions, but rather, applied it as leverage to blackmail culpable parties and re-enter the political establishment as a high paid lobbyist. Abramoff’s return to the political establishment and cover up was facilitated by Tucker Carlson, accounting, in my opinion, for the commentator’s sudden rise to power as a highly paid Fox News host who  whitewashed Trump’s misconduct and spun false narratives on behalf of these very interests. Tucker knew the score. As a self-described “elite,” Tucker played the game to reinforce his own privilege rather than serve the country honorably.

Within the fraudulent SunCruz deal, all interests were compromised, as I have documented, thereby ensuring that all were effectively controlled and unable to challenge the alleged fraud.  The fraud was orchestrated to eliminate the SunCruz casino fleet as competition to the Seminole Tribe of Florida.

As evidence of the fraud came to light, Mark Penn, a leading Clinton advisor, filed paperwork to establish a reform group, Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW), for the express purpose of scapegoating and criminally prosecuting Abramoff while covering up alleged wrongdoing perpetrated that would potentially implicate the Clintons, Trumps, Microsoft and their attorneys and advisors. 

The Clintons had appointed the judge — U.S. District Court Judge Paul Huck, who had presided over Abramoffʼs Florida fraud case.

Once Abramoff was admittedly coerced into pleading guilty, Huckʼs son was assigned the task of representing the state of Florida in negotiating a lucrative casino compact for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, reflecting a well thought out plan to eliminate competition and shore up markets and public wealth for a small, increasingly unaccountable clique. 

It is my belief that the truth surrounding Abramoff has cost Hillary Clinton two presidential elections.

Reflecting the dark shadow disclosures hung over Hillary Clinton’s first run for president, in 2008, Penn abruptly resigned from the Clinton presidential campaign  around the time Florida Gov. Charlie Crist had approved the compact for the Seminoles — a gubernatorial move described as potentially illegal since he circumvented the state legislature that had long rejected casino-style gambling on the mainland. 

As the truth burbled to the surface, the Clinton presidential campaign lost steam and an unknown Senator by the name of Barack Obama  gained momentum while propelled by Abramoff-backed interests.  While Clinton was compromised by what was  known about her role in directing the FBI’s prosecution of the Abramoff scandal, among other partisan scandals during the second Bush Administration, Obama had acquired an unblemished career by voting “present” in the Senate.

As President, Clinton risked having the truth surrounding the Abramoff scandal – and her role in it – come to light, derailing plans the elites had in store for healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry and the future of the United States.

By June, the FBI appeared to be working on behalf of Abramoff, as emails among Abramoff, his wife, and FBI Special Agent Leanna Saler reveal. (Pam Abramoff had inadvertently included these emails in correspondence with me acknowledging her husband’s receipt of my exculpatory evidence and summary of the government’s flawed case against her husband.)

Since when does an FBI agent work on behalf of an indicted felon? The agent was not attempting to engage Lowell, Abramoffʼs counsel and contact with the Department of Justice who was, according to Abramoff, the superlobbyist’s liaison to Hillary Clinton. Rather, the FBI was attempting to engage Jon Van Horne, Abramoff’s personal attorney from Greenberg Traurig and key strategist behind the high profile lobbying campaigns as the center of the federal investigation who had acknowledged, in interviews, the Seminole’s role in the SunCruz fraud.

Around the same time, Jim Messina joined the Obama campaign – from an office heavily lobbied by Abramoff interests. Messina would play a key role in ramming through the Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) and suppressing dissident, evaluation, or discussion – on behalf of pharmaceutical companies; and partnering with Google CEO Eric Schmidt to exploit Facebook data to influence elections – for Obama.

The British and Italian governments would later retain Messina to manage the  Brexit vote and the Italian referendum respectively. According to Nations in Action founder Maria Zack, Obama and the Italian Prime Minister had planned to secure the White House for Joe Biden in 2020 through electronic interference. The Italian Prime Minister had Messina on payroll — and later, Ballard Partners, a leading fundraiser for Trump which represented Leonardo SpA, an Italian government contractor enlisted to execute the election interference,according to Zack, recruited a Biden campaign worker from PrioritiesUSA, a Messina-backed company which had raised money for the Clinton and Biden presidential campaign.

Following the alleged disclosures from Italy,  Overstock CEO Patrick Byrne came forward to admit that he blackmailed Clinton for $18 million. At the same time, he acknowledged having an affair with Russian spy Maria Butina, a friend of Abramoff who was working with the head of the Russian Central Bank on behalf of Russian oligarchs, to lobby the federal government against sanctions.

Eighteen million just happened to be the precise amount Greenberg Traurig was seeking as reimbursements for (wrongful?) settlements it had paid out to Abramoffʼs tribal clients.

Why was Byrne of all people tasked with this strange effort?

Byrne acknowledged a lifelong relationship with billionaire Warren Buffett – a leading advisor and investor in Microsoft founder Bill Gates, whose lobbying firm, Preston Gates, had employed and advised Abramoff during the Florida scandal that, if properly litigated, would expose a network of international money launderers, criminal elite – and unravel their global plans and reveals substantial other crimes, if explored and prosecuted, potentially send them crashing down, like a row of dominoes.

Byrne said that Obama’s chief concern was ensuring that Clinton reaffirmed Messina’s pet project, Obamacare — which had been driven and supported through Congress by interests back by interests affiliated with Abramoff. Whistle blower Mike Gill could not understand Byrne’s role suffice to say that he didn’t trust the man and that he had pursued Clinton on grounds that she somehow “controlled the FBI.”

Trump, who ultimately prevailed in the 2016 presidential election,  would be controlled through the “Russian collusion delusion,” Byrne said. 

Before and during the 2016 election, Russian oligarchs were working through assets aligned with Abramoff and his allies, like Erik Prince,  to lobby the Trump Administration to help them circumvent sanctions that curtailed their ability to move money around the world.

Prince advised Project Veritasʼ James OʼKeefe on sting operations before the investigative journalist staged string operations on pharmaceutical companies that essentially directed the public’s attention and ire against Democrats and liberals over campaigns Republicans had driven and implemented.

Prince played a key role in crafting and driving the Trump Administrationʼs response to the coronavirus pandemic before he and friends of Abramoff assigned themselves markets for distribution of vaccines while partnering with the Communist Chinese on the Belt and Road Initiative. Consider that the vice president of Linear Therapies – which produced an inhaler to stop the spread of coronavirus– was a former Army intelligence analyst who worked with Michael Flynn’s lobbying firm Flynn Intel Group.

Some vaccines were to be distributed by Maersk, the shipping giant – by way of Rob Towneley, Global Head of Product and Business Product Owner of Maersk Project Logistics, who had served Gen. Michael Flynn as assistant in the Operations, Plans, Research & Development Programs at the Department of Defense.

While developing a bitcoin with Trump Administration Senior Advisor Jared Kushner, Abramoff worked with Muzin Capital Partners — a firm that announced plans to hire Gen. Michael Flynn in September of 2018. Stonington Global, a public affairs consultancy co-founded by Nick Muzin, helps “investors – including sovereign wealth funds – identify opportunities in the U.S. and abroad,” according to its website. The group also offered others services, include cybersecurity, election strategy, defense procurement, and government consulting.

Embedded within these interests are elites and and interests aligned and bankrolled by pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, technocrats, pharmaceutical companies, and global kleptocrats moving the money around the world to enrich and shore up power for themselves while stripping ordinary people of their rights, wealth, and property.

Suffice to say, Flynn and his “digital soldiers” cannot restore integrity to the nationʼs elections as they are part of the problem. The Department of Justice cannot properly prosecute federal crimes given that it is so thoroughly compromised. Since the Lewinsky scandals, federal prosecutions have effectively been “stage managed” by teams of high paid attorneys who reappear scandal after scandal to bury crimes while ensuring that crimes go unpunished and that those who violate the law and constitution at the highest levels, even to the point of committing treason, remain unaccountable to the great detriment of the United States and the world.
